The Brief
The clients were replacing a mix of carpet and old laminate with a consistent, quality floor throughout the ground floor. Engineered oak was the choice — warmth and character that genuine laminate can never quite match — but only if the subfloor was prepared correctly. MJD levelled the floor properly before a single board went down.
