What to Expect

Survey & Design Consultation
We visit, measure up, and talk through what you want. We'll advise on layout options, materials, and any structural changes that might improve the space. Our quote covers all labour and work end-to-end — no surprises when trades turn up.

Strip-Out & Preparation
The old bathroom is removed and the room is properly tanked (waterproofed) before any tiling begins. Plumbing and electrical points are repositioned as required. Getting the preparation right is what separates a bathroom that lasts from one that starts failing within a few years.

Installation & Tiling
Sanitaryware, shower enclosure or bath, vanity unit, heated towel rail, tiling, flooring, and all finishing details are fitted in the correct sequence by the right trades. Everything is done in-house — no waiting for a separate tiler.

Test & Handover
All pipework is pressure-tested, fittings are checked for leaks, and the room is thoroughly cleaned before handover. We won't sign off and leave until you're satisfied with every detail.

Bathroom Remodelling FAQs
- How long does a bathroom remodel take?
- A typical family bathroom remodel takes 7–12 working days. Wet rooms, larger en-suites, and bathrooms requiring significant structural changes take longer. We'll give you a specific programme when we quote — and work to minimise the time you're without a functioning bathroom.
- Do you supply the sanitaryware, or do we source it ourselves?
- Either works. You can supply your own tiles, sanitaryware, taps, shower tray, and fittings — or we can source them for you. Most clients prefer to choose tiles and sanitaryware in person (so they can see the actual finish) with us supplying fixings and materials.
- Are the tiled areas properly waterproofed?
- Yes — always. All wet areas are fully tanked (waterproofed with a dedicated membrane system) before any tiling begins. This is non-negotiable. Skipping tanking is the reason so many tiled bathrooms develop damp, failed grout, and structural damage within a few years of installation.
- Do you do the tiling, or is that a separate contractor?
- All tiling is done in-house by our own team. You don't need to find or coordinate a separate tiler — it's included in the package and managed as part of the overall programme.
