The Brief
Steve's project involved removing several internal walls across the ground floor to create a contemporary open-plan layout. The structural complexity was significant — multiple steel beams at different levels, all coordinated with a structural engineer and building control. MJD managed the entire structural phase from temporary propping through to handover, with plasterwork and ceilings reinstated throughout.
